Cora is a digital bank focused on legal entities, and in addition to its client product, it also relies on a robust operation to support customer service, analysis, and internal efficiency. In this portfolio chapter, I present internal product projects created to accelerate processes, increase data governance, and reduce operational costs.

I joined Cora to fulfill the role of the first Product Designer dedicated to creating internal products to be used by operations, in order to create and automate processes. The flagship product, however, lacked consistent UX/UI standards. In a scenario of decentralized decision-making, the experience was inconsistent and difficult to scale in a highly complex product.

I built a Design System from scratch, applied across 25+ screens and with approximately 20 components, in addition to consolidating a more professional visual identity. I structured a lightweight discovery-delivery flow in 15-day sprints, with research, alignments, and prototypes ready for implementation.

The result was a more reliable and intuitive platform, with fewer support calls, much faster deliveries (with high internal visibility and even an impact on hiring) and improved satisfaction. Today the product serves 50+ B2B clients and is used daily by an internal operation of 40 people .
