Designing the foundation of a growing cybersecurity platform.
Vision Portal is ISH Tech's B2B platform for cybersecurity monitoring, risk management and operational visibility.
As its first dedicated Product Designer, I established the product’s UX/UI foundation and worked across research, product architecture, dashboards, operational workflows and a shared design system for client and internal teams.

Gepetto transformed high-volume customer-service emails into AI-generated responses that analysts could review, track and improve inside a governed internal platform.
The workflow combined automation, traceability and human review to help the operation respond faster while maintaining control over every generated answer.
